The Shedding

The Shedding will explore the gentle collection of human experiences throughout our lives. Representing the layers of life that craft us into who we are; an integral part of our ingredients as people. Will explore the idea of breaking down barriers and walls as a species. What happens when we decide to shed them, or build more. Does it make us stronger or weaker; does it make us more whole or more empty. Signified by clothing and color - you will see physical representations of layers - different states of them, different sizes and styles - used as props, used as decoration, used as branches of us. Exploring the different stories accompanied by meeting people who help us see ourselves without the layers, the people that build them and close off, and a representation of the life experiences that do both of those things.
